Thanks so Much - Song of the Morning has a great reputation - and they are located about 5 hours north of my location in the metro Detroit area.

There are two local studios that may be open to your programs (I would love to see something for people like me, just starting in chemo treatment) The websites are: http://www.updogyoga.com/contact.html and http://www.redlotusyoga.com/

Hello Linda-

I am also from Michigan (Flint). I am just learning my way around this site.

Because of your inquiry, I just learned about Song of the Morning, and their programs sound wonderful. We have a small cabin about one hour from there. Thank you!

Maybe we will get to meet each other Up North sometime.
