Yoga for inpatients
Hi, can anyone recommend a yoga DVD that would be appropriate for someone who is an inpatient receiving chemo and preparing for upcoming bone marrow transplant treatment? She has not done yoga before and can't have visitors because of the danger of infection, etc. I am thinking something very nurturing and gentle, with inspirational/healing messages. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Nishela Joy Devi has written about yoga and cancer. Also, Richard Miller has a book/cd set about yoga nidra. There is quite a bit of information about yoga nidra on the Internet. And she might check out my blog, www.yogalikesalt.com, which isn't updated, but still has lots of relevant essays.
