I am a donor stem cell transplant for the last year for blood cancer.I currently am in remission. I have been doing yoga twice a week at a studio for the last 5 months. I just love it. However, in the last 4 days I have an allegies and a cold as well as a low immune system and will need a special IV on Friday. I have been using breathing, what else can I do to keep my system up. I have been doing Vinaysa yoga beginners. Any suggestions/ideas are most welcome.
