Please join us for a YogaBear workshop featuring holistic health coach Sophie Aaronson.
We will begin with an hour of cleansing beginner yoga at Yogaco in Santa Monica on the Promenade. The practice will allow the body to connect to the breath and disconnect from constant intrusive thoughts. After the yoga class we will walk together to Earth Bar (one block away) for an un-cooking party to learn about the power of raw foods, learn 2 easy recipes and have a taste test!
Why Raw? 30-85% of the naturally occurring enzymes and nutrients are destroyed when a food is cooked. Eating raw food promotes optimum well being, health and longevity!
Sophie is a yoga teacher and leads private raw food cleanse experiences through her company Philosophie in Los Angeles. Her mother is a stage 4 breast cancer survivor.
WHEN: Saturday, February 6 at 6:00pm
WHERE: YogaCo, 1408 Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA (then to) Earth Bar, 413 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA
COST: Free to survivors, $20 donations for others. All proceeds go to Yoga Bear.
