Calling all ladies, finally, A Restorative Yoga Therapy program designed specifically for women recovering from either prophylactic or therapeutic surgeries related to breast cancer. The Healing Chest offers therapeutic Yoga to address these specific health issues rather than offering a traditional Yoga class. Ancient traditional Yoga practices are executed in modified forms to accommodate the physical limitations of recovering breast surgery patients. Each class is created to enhance mind-body awareness with the intent to augment healing. The opportunity to share and connect with other women experiencing similar issues in small classes.
These classes are being offered at a very affordable fee. Currently an 8 class session is $30.00.
