Hi, I was diagnosed with invasive stage 1 triple-negative breast cancer at age 35. I underwent a bilateral mastectomy (no reconstruction) the day before my son's first birthday. I completed four months of chemo and am going in for blood work and PET scans to make sure we kicked the cancer for good. It's been a little more than two years since I finished chemo. I'm happy to find YogaBear and be a part of this community!

Welcome to Yoga Bear! There was a great article in "Cure" magazine this month about triple negative breast cancer (and all the advances in this area). Cure is free (you can sign up on line).
I am a survivor, a yoga teacher, a YB volunteer and I blog for YB. This is a great community!
