- Growing up I had a lot of health issues. My mother had contracted ovarian cancer and I was about forty pounds overweight. I was always depressed, and life just seemed like a drag. A friend of mind introduced me to yoga and it changed my life overnight. I finally knew what I was supposed to do and have been dedicated ever since. I recently finished a 200hr certification program and now look forward to supporting other people discover their bodies and true health.

2012 Yoga Teacher Scholarship Program Launches
Anyone want a free yoga teacher training? I just got word about an amazing opportunity for students to enter and win a fully paid yoga certification program via YogaTrainingGuide.com Announced over the weekend, their new annual yoga teacher scholarship program aims to support students who cannot afford a training.
