And a Little Child Shall Lead Them

On Friday the annual Hair Massacure was held at West Edmonton Mall. The Hair Massacure is designed to recognize the urgency of the decline in health of our youth, in particular to raise funds for the Stollery Children's Hospital and children's cancer research.

Ruth and The Wisdom of No Escape

Last night I was reading The Wisdom of No Escape by Pema Chodron, this month’s book topic for the Namaste Book Club, and I came to Chapter #6 Joy.
