We often get stuck on negative moments and enlarge their significance. This mindfulness activity teaches us to pay attention to the events of each day and intentionally focus on the positives. On Friday the annual Hair Massacure was held at West Edmonton Mall. The Hair Massacure is designed to recognize the urgency of the decline in health of our youth, in particular to raise funds for the Stollery Children's Hospital and children's cancer research.
