To be honest, when I originally moved out from NYC to Los Angeles, I was not that thrilled. But my boyfriend had a great job opportunity and so I went with him. I was so used to practicing yoga in my city and I felt so at home and spoiled, that I just assumed nothing would ever be able to compare to it. I grew up in a family that was not very health conscious. In fact my breakfast consisted of sugary cereal like Frosted Flakes or Cocoa Puffs. My lunch was either a ham and cheese sandwich, pizza, or something even more awful from the cafeteria. Because I grew up in a single family home, my dinners generally were TV dinners or microwave something or other.
