Recently, Guru Ranjit has achieved impressive results in applying Mindful Yoga techniques to his work with students at the Alexander Youth Network, a leading provider of children’s behavioral healthcare. Nurses, psychologists and classroom teachers there have noted significant improvement in students’ behavior and performance as a result of the breathing exercises, laughter yoga and meditation techniques Ranjit offers.
His other teaching programs include Techniques for Relaxation and Stress Relief classes and corporate wellness training Seminars for Central Piedmont Community College.
