Thank you very much for the information. I very much want to attend. It has been hard knowing what is my new "normal". What do I need to live with after surgery..., or I can do more? I plan to sign up.
Thank you Alexis for the info from Bobby Clennell -I signed up for the Yoga for Survivors workshop at the Iyengar Yoga Institute on June 13. I am also taking a Restorative Movement class from the Cancer Resource Center at UCSF which is helping with "re-finding" my center and bringing a new awareness to my body as I continue my path of healing.-Andra
Hi- I had a lumpectomy/lymph node biospy a month ago and I am now recovering from my surgery.
I am experiencing dizziness whenever I try and do even gentle yoga. (The forward bends/downward dog/head lowered asanas make me dizzy).
Has anyone ever experienced this? And if so, are there any recommendations you might have for me? Thank you!!-Andra
