I really like all hip related poses, just in that i feel we store so many problems and complexities in our hips, so it feels like a significant release/cleansing whenever I concentrate on them. Full-wheel pose is really fun too, I feel like a pret...
I agree with Arlene - when I first started yoga I couldn't do anything and my body used to shake during the most simple poses! Now I have gotten a little more used to things!
I also really like the breathing aspect. I have learned wonderful breat...
I really like the twisting poses.
when I started yogi I could hardly do anything..could not sit cross legged or staff pose...I can now!!!! I credit yogi for my mental well being as well as physical .

Thanks for the welcome. I'm not too surprised that most of the participants are women; same holds with most yoga classes. We gotta get the guys to see that yoga's a big help in staying flexible and healthy, not to mention a real physical challenge for those who go "pro".
