Seeking a yoga instructor to sub a class for cancer survivors
Hi Everyone,
I'm the Program Director for Team Survivor California. One of our yoga instructors is going on vacation so we're looking for a sub for her regular class Thurs, Feb. 11 and Thurs, Feb 18 from 6-7pm in Redondo Beach. The class is for cancer survivors in any stage from diagnosis through recovery and beyond and approximately 10-12 people attend each week. I don't know how studios/individuals sign up.
We are all on a learning curve that changes as we are going!

I was just checking through my emails and wondered if you have had success in figuring out the website and its listings?

I realize that you are set up for others to find you!
There are so many survivors and re-starting or even starting after a cancer diagnosis is extremely difficult. I felt so weak and completely lacked stamina.
I am also concerned for people in on-going treatment, who's schedule is already packed with doctor appointments and not much time to devote to 'self' . I wonder how we can assist those in the hospital and at home.
This is the new journey. I have many more questions than answers .
