I received news today that one of our regular yogis passed away last night totally unexpected. She had just recently been diagnosed w/ mets to the lungs but was doing great, had been to dinner w/ fri…
I received news today that one of our regular yogis passed away last night totally unexpected. She had just recently been diagnosed w/ mets to the lungs but was doing great, had been to dinner w/ friends & was found this morning by a friend. Her husband was out of town on business. How can I honor her @ our Tuesday night class. Have not experience this yet & I would appreciate any advice or ideas you may have if you have been through this.

April Fool's Yoga
Happy April Fool's Day!!!!!!!!!!!! Begin your spring yoga practice by Blooming From With In! I plan to teach a twisting class tonight as we twist out the old only to be flooded with the new as we come out of the twist!
