Balance can be an issue. Iyengar style uses a lot of props, the wall and in some studios it looks like a "circus" rope! Some slow, gentle stretch classes allow core strength to build.
I saw an interesting show PBS on line called "Wired"; it's a series. You can type in "HULU"...it's internet tv (yes, we're arrived at internet tv)
and go to PBS the series called Wired. I was fascinated at the alternatives to retraining the brain to another balance center.
If you cannot find yoga, Tai Chai, Feldenkris are excellent too!
