You have an active chapter coordinator in LA. The studios are under "For Yoga Providers"/partner studios :http://www.yogabear.org/page/partner-yoga-studios.
Fill out a request form under "For Survivors" for class passes (if there are studios in your area). It's great that you have already seen the benefits of yoga. If there aren't studios close enough to you, I'd google 'community college'. Here in San Diego there is even an adaptive yoga offered for free. I encourage you to go, start gently but consistently!
