Me: 57, male, married, kids in school, self-employed, etcetc.
Cancer: Prostate, Gleason 9, 2004, followed by surgery/hormones/chemo/radiation. Fun filled days and nights. But I've been a lousy host, and am still here.

Hi Peter,
I'm a fellow PCa survivor. Just had laproscopic surgery in April 2009 (Gleason 7) and been attending meditation classes while waiting for yoga class in my area. Give yoga a try and let me know how you like it.
