Hi Renee! Very sadly, we have cancelled the Athleta class because we had no participants. I am in a process of pulling back into the core of YB SF and reorganizing/recognizing our projects and how to work with the SF community in the YB mission! I do not have any resources to share at this point, but if you can give me a week, and let me know what neighborhood you are in and a few good times to work a class into your schedule, I can work on a "share a mat" space for you in a restorative class. It is a class that is donated by the teacher/studio that would be appropriate for your place in treatment. Would that sound good for you?
