I'm a 200hr certified instructor passionate about sharing the mindy, body and spirirt connection of yoga with the community. While teaching, I emphasize safety and comfort, while providing proven practices that reduce stress, relieve pain and improve overall wellness. Yoga is connection to yourself - your deepest true self; a delight in exploration of that which doesn't change in this ever-changing world.
