I am going to complete my 200 hour certification in July 2010. I am very interested in the healing that yoga can bring.

Yoga as a Healthy Way of Life

Yes, Yoga is wonderful for people dealing with cancer. For those who have never experienced the mind-body-spirit connection and delicious peace that Yoga affords it is an incredible tool for people dealing with life threatening illness. Statistically, most of us will have to face such a scenario. Why wait to begin?

I couldn't agree more!  And of course, no matter where you are in your life, chances are you need healing at some level.  Yoga has made such a difference in my life -- I am so honored to share it with others.
