I just turned a half century and became a Yoga instructor recently thru Peachtree Yoga Center and am recruiting individuals who wish to be well and stay well.I am open to continuing learning Yoga.I have 1 daughter and 2 granddaughters ages 28, 11, and 3 who occasionally get on the mat and share yoga with me.I am learning to "let go and let GOD"do his/her work. I am enjoying experiencing my life unfolding before me.

Thank you for sharing your story and your heart. I believe that the last statement is what I have come to understand, over and over, that "it does make a difference, even if it is only me". It is humbling to offer services and care and stay in acceptance that "all is as it should be". My classes flux in size and my ego will begin to complain, yet it is in my heart , with all certainty, I know that what I/we offer is
the gift to ourselves and to our community. What one of us does, does indeed matter! Like the ripple of a stone thrown in a pound, the effects reverberate for untold time and rest back into the nothing that is 'everything'. Just because we envision a community of 'wellness', does not mean we are wrong, though our timing may be 'early'. Do you mind if I take some of your thoughts for a blog? Another stone thrown...more ripples! Blessings, Jean
