The Waiting Room Yoga

Last week, going into NYC with my cousin to two of her five appointments that week, a waiting rooms full of patients and caregivers. I did want to pop up and say," 'Let's do some yoga stretches!' National Cancer Survivorship Day

The first Sunday in June is an annual, worldwide celebration of cancer survivorship. The National Cancer Survivorship website has links to local celebrations.
