Do you know the term "my heart feels heavy."? It's a term we use when we feel sad. The language describes exactly what our physiological response if when we feel sad. It's not just a phrase - it's actually how our heart feels! Now try this imagery - "feed your heart the nourishment it needs". Use your breath to balloon into your heart lightness. Use your stretching to give your heart the space it needs to do its beating, its breathing, its dance of joy at being alive, today and in this moment. In times of stress and heavy heart, take a moment to send your heart, your center of love and compassion, the breath, the lightness, the thanks it deserves for all it did for you today.

Namaste. What a beautiful word, and a beautiful sentiment. The light within me, salutes the light within you. Kate began this journey of creating a video with the hope that her mother would practice it, and heal, and feel the love that went into creating it. She wanted to create a chance for those who couldn't attend classes as a studio. Yoga Bear wants to thank Kate for her tremendous dedication and altruism. It is that exact spirit-- of selflessness and intent-- that makes this community, of strangers around the world, show love and support to one another. We thank all of you for being part of this special 12 day journey, and hope that you found a sense of strength and joy in sharing 10 minutes of your day with us.
A closing from Kate:
My greatest sadness is that my mother is no longer in a place with her battle that she can make use of the video I created for her. My greatest joy is that there are people all over the country that can use what we have created to make peace and space, joy and light, ease and comfort, within their bodies, minds and consciousness. Thank you so much for spending thetime reading and practicing this series. In the truest sense of the word, namaste.
Thank you Kate. I'm sure your mother is very proud. Namaste.

That was a very nice series (all 12 days). Kate has a great, soothing teaching style-clear instruction on the basic asanas, but also making us aware of where our focus should be to get the most of each pose. Thank you, Kate and I'm so sorry that your mother could not enjoy all the benefits of this series. Namaste.
