Hello Yoga Bear friends,
Yoga 101 in San Francisco is around the corner - In September 19th Yoga Bear is having a social meeting to introduce yoga to all levels. We will talk about what to expect in class, how to choose a yoga style, yoga class etiquette and the spiritual aspects that ties in with body movements. We will also demonstrate few beginner poses and mingle. All questions, discussions and lots of laughter are welcome. Invite all your friends to learn discover Yoga with us. Hurry up and RSVP… Spots are limited.

Tari Prinster is a cancer survivor and yoga instructor who runs the Teacher of Yoga for Women Cancer Survivors Program at OM Yoga- she has joined as an official Advisor to help oversee Yoga Bear's work in the hospitals
Leslie Kazadi is 16-year yogi and instructor leading our Southern California Chapter.
Sherrill Smith is a cancer survivor and yogi leading up the Arizona Chapter.

Yoga Bear volunteers are unpaid, and pour their time, compassion, and energy into the mission of providing yoga to the cancer community. Join us in thanking them for making Yoga Bear possible!
