Hello Yoga Bear friends,
Yoga 101 in SF went great this past Saturday! People that attended all enjoyed the exchange of information and breathing exercises.

As the event promised, we delivered information on everything a beginner practitioner would like to know (how to choose a yoga mat/teacher/class? Different mats? What is pranayama/ujjayi breathing, etc.)
Thank you - all of you that helped to spread the word out! Special thanks to Lori and Frances for reaching out to studios and organizations and thank you Frances and Iche for your attendance! We hope to see you all next time – in our next San Francisco event - Partner Yoga on November 14th! Stay tuned.

Here are some pictures from Yoga 101:

Research needed about Survivorship, an interesting idea.

Have a great weekend!

Looks like a lovely class catering to people needs and answering their questions. So many people don't know where to begin and then end up in the wrong class (for their needs/wants) and go away dissatisfied and unhappy. I love that yoga can meet such diverse needs as long as there is some education happening. Thanks for providing this.

Thanks for this report. Yoga Bear is Karma Yoga at it's best.

It's nice to get the pictures, too. Really gives a nice feel for the place.

Keep up the great work.
