Sepril (center) is explaining how to modify yoga with blankets, rolled yoga mats, blocks, straps and chairs. Sepril and her husband, Frank Iszak, hosted their first yoga retreat in Joshua Tree, California, in a Frank Lloyd Wright compound where Bhakti fest is held annually.

Included in the retreat was organic, vegetarian food, continuing education units for yoga teachers, students who take Silver Age Yoga and interested yogis from other disciplines. There first retreat was a fabulous success on many levels. The high desert is filled with majestic flowers the size of trees, blue sky the color crayola makes, and a night sky popping with stars!
