Our emotional needs intensify during cancer treatment and yoga for cancer survivors can alleviate some of the stress. We also need other survivors to help us along our path, especially those that have a similar diagnosis. Studies are being done on the
effectiveness of yoga,
on line support groups, and other supportive therapies.
