Cancer fatigue can be a 'real' after effect of treatment, it's a good idea to bring your symptoms up to the doctor. More research is being collected and showing that many survivors report fatigue, lack of stamina, body aches and other effects; there is more recognition of these conditions.
Yoga does offer some help for some of these symptoms, but start
gently. Honor your breath.
If you haven't filled the Participation form out, that will help direct you to classes in your area. If there are no classes, email me and we will
talk about other options;)
