I did twitter, ping, my FB and wordpress. I also did a free press release on it so that should come out today at some point (I did it at like 1 or 2 AM)... I really feel it is the least I can do and if it goes well other authors of yoga or cancer books should be contacted (I can help do that) so folks get a library and, help the nonprofit whilst doing so....
I have memories of my mother doing yoga when she was healthy - then she had a period of inactivity.... and then cancer. She and I would do chair yoga (her cancer started in her leg) and then just breathing, then just meditation... very special memories for me that I know helped in some way.
For some reason the website is being difficult, and I can't send messages.
Anyhow, last night I added a new blog introducing the book and the fundraiser, and I also added it to Facebook and Twitter. So the word is out, and we'll continue to promote!
Michele- thanks again for this generous opportunity :)
Hi Michele,
Please consider adding a blog about this important topic. Many of my students have had reconstruction after surgery , and it takes a long time to gentle bring those muscles into awareness.
It's great to have your voice here!
Blessings,
Jean
