Thanks! In another month or so I will have more time to investigate this site. Since I am nearing the end of my teacher training and have lots to do, spending fun moments planing my yoga classes and figuring out the best way to teach with a playful yet challenging routine! and yea, my own physical limits get in the way, but I just count on all that inner body brightness and riding the current of the wave to just carrry me through. so far so good... i have lots of wonderings about teaching people who do not even know I have that "C" word...they'd be very surprised - though it would explain for them some of my 'limited moments' like brain freeze, where's all her normal energy? or whatever variation I manifest on a given day..... haha....it's all good.
Do you know what studios are in the D.C. area? I will be there the week of 8/24 and would love to attend a class or just observe. I do not need to have the free classes I just want to visit a participating studio.
Thanks
