Hi,
My class is only one hour, so I do breathing awareness for about 5-10 minutes at the beginning of class, gentle warm ups, usually two modified yoga poses using chairs, a gentle twist or two and then back to relaxation and maybe ujayi or other breath practice before savasana. I try to have a theme, "heart opening" or something else, during class. It gives me a great inspiration and a sense of catharsis to work with this lovely women.

I'm definitely going to check out your video on youtube. Thanks for sharing.
