Sara is an amazing teacher. Her cues are really helpful and clear. She makes it safe to try advanced poses. Great job to both Sara and Dorie:) You go girls!

Sara has a very strong verbal connection when she describes what makes Yoga poses work properly. The "model" here is beautiful to watch as she seemlessly shifts from one position to another. Bravo!!!

Good job! the moves were graceful and the instruction was clear and precise. For me.......never in a million years! Sara would have to move back home for a week and drill me night and day.......then maybe........
