Gentle Yoga for the Neck, Shoulders and Wrists

This 24-minute class begins by stretching the neck in an incredibly thorough way, releasing every muscle group of the neck and increasing its range of motion.

You will then move through a series of wrist stretches, targeting all of the muscles that cross the wrist joint. And finally, the shoulders.

All of this while listening to the calming sounds of the waves breaking on the sand. Utter bliss!

A+! Wow! Thanks, Regina.
I certainly was at the beach! And you're right, the day pretty much was perfect.

David, A+! Love this! Were you actually outside at the beach or is that a green screen? It's almost too perfect to believe!

Thank you for the comment, Trish. I do love ice cream!
I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working for you, Robin. Did you try refreshing the page and pressing play again?

This looks like a really interesting video. For some reason, I was unable to get it to play. Probably me, or my computer, or -- Is mercury in retrograde again?!
